A few years ago the Puerto Rico government implemented several tax incentive decrees collectively known as [Act 20/22](http://puertoricotaxincentives.com/act-22-individual-investors-act/), to incentive investors, business leaders and successful entrepreneurs to move to the island with their families and generate economic activity. After being in effect for a few years, there are more than 1,000 individuals who are now Puerto Rico residents benefiting from the tax decrees.
