This means that Pravan members have access to our medical team 24/7, either at our clinic, through our Mobile App, or via our Urgent Care services. We’re also committed to providing the following services:

Pravan’s Primary Care Physicians.
2. Same-day consults to answer quick
questions through our Mobile App.
3. E-prescriptions within 24 working hours are
sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
4. Coordination of home visits for
blood-draw with our lab partner.
5. Coordination of prioritized imaging appointments at our partner imaging center, and expedited imaging readings from the radiologist
6. Annual Wellness-Woman Exam with
our Gynecologist for our female members.
7. Initial Physical Activity and Athletic Movement Assessment with our Sports Medicine Physician.
8. Unlimited appointments with
our Concierge Nutritionist.
9. Care Coordination for appointments with
outside specialists within our referral network.
10. Concierge appointments with
our Dental partner.
11. Fast track COVID-19Molecular Testing
with results in 24/48hrs.
12. Psychological services for
individuals and couples.
13. Psychiatric evaluation and therapy
with our in-house psychiatrist.
